| 1. An aircraft, comprising:
a pivotable pylon having a first portion fixed to an external surface of the aircraft; and,
a second portion pivotally coupled to the first portion for angular movement relative thereto, such that a stores item coupled
to the second portion can be carried at a selected angular position relative to the external surface of the aircraft.
