| 1. An organic electroluminescent device, comprising:
a pair of electrodes; and
an emission layer formed between the pair of electrodes, the emission layer comprising:
a host;
a phosphorescence emission molecule as a dopant; and
a fluorescence supporter receiving energy from the host or trapping energy, the fluorescence support transferring the energy
to the phosphorescence emission molecule or self-emitting light, an energy band gap between a ground state and a singlet state
of the fluorescence supporter being equal to or greater than an energy band gap between a ground state and a triplet state
of the phosphorescence emission molecule.
