| 1. A process for control of a tank of an aircraft in flight configuration, provided with at least one filling fitting and
at least one purge fitting, said process including the steps of:
connecting a detection gas supply to at least one of the purge or filling fittings;
connecting an adaptor for the measurement of pressure and/or the control of the concentration of detection gas to at least
one of the purge fittings when the supply is connected to one of the filling fittings or to one of the filling fittings when
the supply is connected to one of the purge fittings;
injecting into the tank a detection gas under pressure P1; and
detecting at the periphery of the tank the presence of detection gas from a possible leak.
