| 1. A method for determining location in a wireless network having at least three access points, comprising the steps of:
determining the relative position of the at least three access points;
distributing a clock to synchronize clocking in the at least three access points;
receiving a packet at a first access point;
oversampling a correlation of the packet;
obtaining a first correlation peak; and
adjusting the relative position of the first access point using the correlation peak to represent a first coplanar point.
