| 1. A method for removing signal interference, the method comprising the steps of:
receiving information of an occupied channel from a mobile terminal in session;
determining based on the received channel information whether a harmonic component of the occupied channel frequency used
by the mobile terminal belongs to a frequency band used by a first local radio communication device mounted in a mobile terminal;
and
assigning a channel in a frequency band with none of the harmonic component among the frequency band used by the first local
radio communication device to communicate with a second local radio communication device, when the harmonic component of the
channel frequency used by the mobile terminal belongs to the frequency band used by the first local radio communication device.
