| 1. An apparatus, comprising:
a frame generator configured to receive a non-isochronous telecommunication stream;
wherein the non-isochronous telecommunication stream comprises a plurality of encoded frames from a first isochronous telecommunication
stream;
wherein the frame generator is configured to add one or more generated frames to the non-isochronous telecommunication stream
to create a second isochronous telecommunication stream;
wherein the frame generator adds the one or more generated frames to the non-isochronous telecommunication stream in place
of one or more encoded frames that were removed from the first isochronous telecommunication stream based on a code rate of
the one or more encoded frames.
