A compound comprising (i) an antibody which selectively binds to a polypeptide having at least 90% identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:37, and (ii) a further moiety, wherein the further moiety comprises a polypeptide, a directly cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agent, a directly cytotoxic polypeptide, a cytotoxic moiety which is able to convert a relatively non-toxic prodrug into a cytotoxic drug, or a radiosensitizer. |
