1. A method of treating ErbB2-expressing cancer in a human, comprising administering to the human therapeutically effective amounts of (a) an antibody which binds ErbB2 and comprises the variable light (VL) domain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 and the variable (VH) domain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4; and (b) an anti-estrogen compound that regulates or inhibits estrogen action on tumors.
