An antenna coupling module comprising a planar antenna a substrate forming a high frequency circuit and a metal package, the substrate forming the high frequency circuit being arranged in a perpendicular direction with respect to the element surface of said planar antenna and having said planar antenna and said superconductive high frequency circuit electromagnetically coupled via a dielectric body within the metal package,
