| 1. A dielectric device having a dielectric layer, the dielectric layer comprising:
a first layer which has a plurality of first dielectric particles; and
a second layer which has a plurality of second dielectric particles having a different average particle size from that of
the first dielectric particles, the second layer and the first layer stacked in the thickness direction of the dielectric
layer, wherein the dielectric layer contains a metal which is mixed therewith.
