| 1. A multi-mode power amplifier module, comprising:
a power amplifier configured to amplify an input radio frequency signal to produce an output radio frequency signal in response
to a bias control signal;
a programmable digital control unit configured to produce the bias control signal and to transmit the bias control signal
to the power amplifier; and
a power sensing circuit configured to produce a power sensing signal in response to the output radio frequency signal and
transmit the power sensing signal to the programmable digital control unit, wherein the programmable digital control unit
is configured to produce the bias control signal or a voltage-mode control signal in response to the power sensing signal.
