| 1. A method comprising:
storing medical image data generated during a first image examination;
processing the medical image data in a sequence of image processing operations to produce a processed image;
recording the sequence of image processing operations as a sequence of image processing parameters;
storing the sequence of image processing parameters in a data file in a data storage device;
sending an image diagnosis report with the data file or an identifier of the data file to a user terminal device, the image
diagnosis report including key information referencing patient medical history information and further including key information
referencing results of another image examination or a different imaging modality than the first image examination;
providing a tool set to allow a user of the user terminal to input image change specification;
the tool set making changes to the sequence of image processing parameters in response to the image change specification;
in response to an input by the user of the user terminal, extracting the sequence of image processing parameters from the
data file;
sending the sequence of image processing parameters to an image processor;
repeating the sequence of image processing operations on the image data, to reconstruct the processed image;
sending the reconstructed processed image to the user terminal device for display by the user terminal; and
providing a conference controller to allow the user to schedule and hold a diagnostic conference with a second user, wherein
the user and the second user are allowed to interactively view and modify the diagnostic report and the key information during
the diagnostic conference.
