| 1. A display device comprising:
a transistor for driving a light emitting element, the transistor comprising:
a main gate and a control gate over a substrate;
an insulating layer formed over the main gate and the control gate;
a first semiconductor layer formed over the insulating layer;
a second semiconductor layer formed over the first semiconductor layer; and
a source electrode and a drain electrode formed over the second semiconductor layer,
wherein the control gate is provided between the main gate and at least one of the source electrode and the drain electrode
of the transistor.
