| 1. A nuclear energy-core electromagnet comprising:
a plurality of spheres, each has a core of nuclear material;
a ceramic phosphor layer surrounding said core of nuclear material, said ceramic phosphor layer serving to shield radiation
emitted from the core, by absorbing said radiation and converting said radiation into photons;
a photovoltaic layer surrounding the ceramic phosphor layer for converting said photons into a spherical flow of electrons;
an electrically conductive material surrounding said plurality of spheres; and
an electromagnetic material surrounding the electrically conductive material for harnessing the electron flow created by the
photovoltaic layer.
