| 1. A composite nonwoven fabric having latent elasticity, the composite nonwoven fabric comprising:
a latently elastic core comprising first filaments comprising a styrenic block copolymer and second filaments consisting essentially
of a single site catalyzed polyolefin, and
at least one gatherable facing material laminated to the elastic core.
