| 1. A vehicle pneumatic tire comprising:
a rubber tread profile comprising blocks formed by circumferential grooves and transverse grooves; and
at least some of the transverse grooves being defined by first and second flank segments and a transition area arranged between
the first and second flank segments,
wherein the first and second flank segments have different angles with respect to a radial direction,
wherein the first and second flank segments have a constant angle over most of their length and from a tread surface to a
groove base of the transverse groove, and
wherein an angle of the transition area changes continuously from the first flank segment to the second flank segment.
