| 8. An OFDMA wireless system comprising:
a first base station configured to determine subcarrier loading information for a first cell; and
a second base station configured to determine subcarrier loading information for a second cell neighboring the first cell,
wherein the first and second base stations are configured to allocate one or more subcarriers based on the determined subcarrier
loading information for the first cell and the determined subcarrier loading information for the second neighboring cell.
