| 1. A scanning type image pick-up apparatus comprising:
an image pick-up camera including a first optical system which converges a light wave, a second optical system which changes
a path of the converged light wave in a specific direction, and an image pick-up element which forms an image of the light
wave on an imaging surface by the first and second optical systems and converts the image into an electrical signal;
a camera scanning means for causing the image pick-up camera to perform a linear scan in an arbitrary direction; and
a control means for controlling the second optical system to change the optical path in a direction opposite to a scanning
direction of the scanning means and at an angle and a speed decided by a scanning angle speed of the scanning means, thereby
restricting an image flow of the imaging surface caused by scanning of the scanning means.
