| 1. An inductor structure, comprising:
a winding turn layer, disposed above a substrate, and having a plurality of turns, wherein one of the turns is grounded; and
a shielding layer, disposed between the winding turn layer and the substrate at the projection of the grounded turn, wherein
at least parts of the winding turn layer except the grounded turn thereof are projected onto the shielding layer, and the
shielding layer is coupled to the grounded turn in parallel.
