1. A radio-frequency amplifier comprising:
a transistor having an input terminal, an output terminal and a control terminal;
a series-connected feed-through resistance and feed-through capacitance connected in parallel with the input terminal and the output terminal of the transistor;
a load impedance connected to the output terminal of the transistor; and
wherein the control terminal of the transistor is coupled to common voltage, and the radio-frequency amplifier is driven by a signal source in series with an impedance Rs coupled between the input terminal and common voltage, wherein a transconductance gm of the transistor is larger than 1/Rs.
