| 1. A method for producing a cellulose material, wherein the cellulose material is a water-insoluble polysaccharide formed by β-1,4-type sugar chain linkages, obtained by culturing CJF002 strain microorganisms, mutants thereof or subculture microorganisms thereof, said method comprising inoculating a culture medium with at least one selected from the group consisting of CJF002 strain microorganisms, mutants thereof and subculture microorganisms thereof, and then culturing under agitation at a temperature of 20° C. to 45° C. using sugars as carbon source. |
