1. Apparatus for ropeboarding, comprising:
a) a support rope having a first end for attachment to an elevated structure and a second end; and
b) a ropeboard, the ropeboard comprising an elongated platform having a longitudinal platform axis and a top surface shaped for a user to stand thereon, and a coupler for rotatably coupling the platform to the second end of the support rope so that the platform can be rotated about the longitudinal platform axis by the user while the platform is suspended from the support rope; the coupler comprises a shaft rigidly connected to the platform and oriented along the longitudinal platform axis; the shaft having a first end, a second end, and a middle portion; and a connector rotatably coupled to the middle portion of the shaft for connecting the platform to the support rope.
