a base glass portion comprising (by weight percentage):

wherein the glass has a visible transmission of at least 90%, and has a* and b* color values from −0.5 to +0.5 so that the
glass is decolorized by at least one of Ce and/or Co, and wherein the glass includes one of 0.07%, 0.06% or 0% cerium oxide.
