| 1. A nucleic acid detection cassette comprising:
a cassette body;
a nucleic acid detection region which is disposed in the cassette body and which has a reagent inflow port and a reagent outflow
port and in which a nucleic acid probe is immobilized;
a first channel which is disposed in the cassette body and which is connected to the reagent inflow port of the nucleic acid
detection region;
a second channel which is disposed in the cassette body and which is connected to the reagent outflow port of the nucleic
acid detection region;
a reagent injection portion which injects a reagent into the first channel; and
a nucleic acid pretreatment region which is disposed in the first channel and which performs pretreatment for the detection
of a nucleic acid,
the first channel, the second channel, the nucleic acid detection region, the nucleic acid pretreatment region, and the reagent
injection portion being sealed, the first and second channels being connected to each other to form a circulation channel
of the first channel, the second channel, the nucleic acid detection region, the nucleic acid pretreatment region, and the
reagent injection portion.
