| 1. A method of identifying a new antitumoral candidate compound which acts by regulating expression of a diagnostic marker
Snail, said method comprising:
a. adding a candidate compound to transformed epithelial cells which express the diagnostic marker Snail,
b. determining at least one of the reduction or total elimination of the ability to express said diagnostic marker in the
transformed epithelial cells to which said compound is added,
c. and identifying said compound that produces in said transformed epithelial cells at least one of a reduction or total elimination
of Snail expression as a compound having antitumoral activity.
