| 1. A method of automatically controlling a load circuit comprising:
a) monitoring usage of a host computer by a user present at a location corresponding to the host computer to generate usage
data from the host computer;
b) transmitting the usage data to a controller unit; and
c) controlling an output of the load circuit corresponding to the location of the host computer with the controller unit based
on the usage data generated from the host computer.
