| 1. A resin composition, comprising:
resin; and
an alumina particle contained in the resin as a filler, the alumina particle comprising:
an alumina body with a short axis length of 1 to 10 nm, a long axis length of 20 to 400 nm and an aspect ratio of 5 to 80,
the alumina body being expressed by a Formula I,
Al2O3nH2O Formula I
wherein n is not less than 0,
wherein a light transmittance of the resin composition is 73-88%.
