| 10. A method of clearing downhole accumulations from a plunger, the method comprising the steps of:
providing a plunger comprising a mandrel having an upper end, a lower end, and a fluid channel extending the longitudinal
length of said mandrel,
said fluid channel in communication with one or more holes extending radially and outwardly from a substantial portion of
said channel length and to a peripheral surface of said plunger;
positioning said plunger in a well tubing;
allowing said plunger to ascend in said well tubing and carry liquids and downhole accumulations to a well top;
allowing a downhole gas to flow through said fluid channel portion and said one or more holes to clear said downhole accumulations
from at least a portion of said peripheral surface of said plunger.
