1. A resin particle dispersion for an electrostatic image-developing toner comprising polycondensation resin particles, wherein the polycondensation resin particles are prepared by polycondensation of polycondensable monomers in an aqueous medium and have a median diameter of approximately 0.05 to 2.0 μm;
wherein a weight ratio of the polycondensation resin particles that have a median diameter of approximately 0.03 μm or less in the dispersion is approximately 5% or less relative to a total weight of the polycondensation resin particles, and a weight ratio of the polycondensation resin particles that have a median diameter of approximately 5.0 μm or more in the dispersion is approximately 5% or less relative to a total weight of the polycondensation resin particles.
