on CPA Elimination

There is still a
need for CPA's.
Currently, a CPA may
be filed for any pending application filed before May 29,
2000.
Since there are
differences between an RCE and a CPA, an attorney or agent may
want
to choose one over
the other. For instance, a CPA is a "new application" while a
RCE
is
not.
I would suggest
waiting until all of the applications filed before May 29, 2000 are no
longer
pending before
eliminating the CPA.
