Below are screenshots with hints for using the On-Line Change of Address feature.

You must have a valid mailing address on file to receive your user ID and password. If the mailing address on file at Patent Agent Attorney Roster is not accurate, you must use the printable Change of Address Form [PDF viewer]  to request a correction before you can receive a user ID and password..  

1  Sign In Screen

Practitioner Sign In - User ID not same as Registration Number; Passwords have 8 characters, including at least 1 capital letter and 1 non-letter

2 Contact  Information Screen

Contact Information Screen - displays current contact info; link under Contact Info table to correct contact information

3  Update Screen

Update Screen - Name changes require manual process; can update all address, fax, telephone and e-mail; can choose preferred method of communication; does not change correspondence information for patent applications or patents. Follow published procedures for cases.
