BREAKOUT GROUP ASSIGNMENTS

April 28, 1998

12:15pm - 1:45pm

In assigning conference participants to breakout groups, we have tried to honor as many first choice requests as possible, followed by second and third choices. Breakout group assignments also reflect the configuration of rooms available to the conference, the time we received a registration [earlier registrations were more likely to receive their first choice], and our goal to ensure that each group represents a diversity of views. As of the time of initial assignments, over 70% of conference registrants received their first choice and over 90% received their first or second choice.
