Third party submission after publication:
37 CFR 1.99 requires that such a submission:
- be limited to patents and publications
- not include any explanation of the patents, publications, or include any other information (will be deleted if included)
- including underlining/highlighting
- be served upon the applicant in accordance with 37 CFR 1.248
- be limited to ten total patents or publications
