• Procedures for determining adjustment:

• PALM will make a final calculation when the patent number and issued date is assigned

• Patent will include final adjustment determination

• If this results in the patent term adjustment on the patent differing from that on the notice of allowance,

  • applicant (patentee) has thirty days from the patent issue date to request reconsideration
