     The interim rules remove and reserve, inter alia, 37 CFR 1.682.  However, 37 CFR
1.671(e) still refers to the 37 CFR 1.682(a).  The reference to 37 CFR 1.682(a) in 37 CFR
1.671(e) should be removed.
