                     Notice of Petition for Reinstatement

   Richard F. Morton of Chicago, Illinois, who has been suspended pursuant
to 35 U.S.C.  32, has filed a petition for reinstatement. Granting of
reinstatement is subject to, inter alia, establishing to the satisfaction
of the Director of Enrollment and Discipline that granting the petition is
not contrary to the public interest, and that the suspended practitioner
has complied with the provisions of 37 CFR  10.158 during his period of
suspension. 37 CFR  10.160. Accordingly, information bearing upon the good
moral character and reputation of Richard F. Morton is material to his
eligibility for reinstatement. Any information tending to affect the
eligibility of Richard F. Morton on moral, ethical or other grounds should
be furnished to the Director of Enrollment and Discipline in a written
communication addressed to the Office of Enrollment and Discipline, Mail
Stop OED, United States Patent and Trademark Office, P.O. Box 1450,
Alexandria, VA 22313-1450, on or before January 25, 2008.
