                            Service By Publication
                              Notice of Complaint

A complaint against Marshall E. Rosenberg initiating a
disciplinary proceeding against him under 37 C.F.R. 10.134 has been
filed with an Administrative Law Judge.

The complaint has been twice mailed in accordance with 37
C.F.R. 10.135 (a) and (b) to Mr. Rosenberg in Woodland Hills,
California. Specifically, the first attempted service was made by
first-class certified mail to a post office box address in Woodland
Hills, California as well as to a street address in Woodland Hills,
California. Mr. Rosenberg provided the post office box address to the
U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of Enrollment and Discipline
("OED") in May of 2006 and identified the street address to OED in
connection with a survey of registered patent attorneys in April of
2003. Following the first attempted service, which failed, Mr.
Rosenberg confirmed by a letter the post office box in Woodland Hills,
California as a service address. The second attempted service was made
via (1) certified mail; (2) first class mail; and (3) express mail, all
to the post office box in Woodland Hills, California. Additionally,
service was attempted by facsimile to a facsimile number that Mr.
Rosenberg provided to OED in May of 2006.

Mr. Rosenberg is hereby notified through this publication that
he may obtain a copy of the complaint upon written request addressed to
the Director of Enrollment and Discipline, OED, P.O. Box 16116,
Arlington, VA 22215. This is the first attempted service by publication
in the Official Gazette made pursuant to 37 C.F.R. 10.135(b).
