Registration to Practice

   The following list contains the names of those persons applying for
registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark
Office. Although a name may appear on this list, it does not necessarily
mean that the person is now eligible for registration to practice before
the Office in patent cases. Only those who have satisified all registration
requirements are eligible for registration. In addition to demonstrating
possession of the legal scientific and technical qualifications necessary
to enable him or her to render applicants valuable service, a person must:
(1) demonstrate that he or she possesses good moral character and repute,
(2) subscribe and swear to an oath or make a declaration prescribed by the
Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and (3) pay the
registration fee set forth in 37 CFR  1.21(a)(2). Those whose names appear
on this list have met several of the requirments, but one or more
requirements remain to be fulfilled, Final approval for registration is
subject to establishing to the satisfaction of the Director of the Office
of Enrollment and Discipline that the person seeking registration is of
good moral character and repute. [37 CFR 10.7(a)]. Accordingly, any
information tending to affect the eligibility of any of the following
persons on moral, ethical, or other grounds should be furnished to:
United States Patent and Trademark Office, Box OED, Washington, DC 20231,
on or before March 16, 2001.
