Lenny Del Carlo, President of the New Product Consulting Corporation, received from me $12,900. On November 19, 2000 the firm (NPCC) agreed to perform the following services:

• Disclosure Document and file the document with the United States Patent and Trademark Office
• Provisional Patent Application
• Product Submission Package to be submitted to manufacturers/industries
• Targeted manufacturers/industries search and surveys
• Design and host a website on the Internet
• Engineering Observation
• Product Press Releases
• New Product Video/infomercials

None of the above was completed. He does not return my phone calls, e-mails or faxes. One of the local TV stations advertised his services. Attached is a copy of my letter that I sent on December 4, 2001 to the PTO by Priority Mail 03010120000952424618. I now realize the address was not complete. On December 14, 2001 I applied for a Provisional Patent and sent it Express Mail: *ET586926512US* to: Box Provisional Patent Application, Commissioner for Patents, Washington, D.C. 20231.
