Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: On January 4, 2005 redacted text and I discovered information pertaining to specific legal disclosure requirements, which must be in writing. Innovative Patent Services (IPS) firm failed to submit to us. While in the formation stage of the writing of the contract, Innovative Patent Services deliberately failed to provide us with any/or all required legal disclosures. Because IPS did not provide us with all of the required disclosures, IPS therefore denied us the ability to properly make an informed decision before we signed your contract. Therefore, if we had received all required disclosures, prior to the signing of the said contract, we would have been properly informed about the firm's pertinent customers' information. The legally required disclosure information would have allowed both redacted text and myself to make a proper and informed decision as to whether or not to hire Innovative Patent Services to perform any contractual services for us. The required disclosure law can be found in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), The American Inventors Protection Act of 1999, Consolidated Patent Laws, 35 U.S.C. Section 297, Improper and Deceptive Invention Promotions, Jan. 13, 2005, a certified letter stating my complaint was sent to IPS on Jan. 18, 2005. Mr. Kuebnert (President of IPS) called me and verbally abused me over the phone. Mr. Kuebnert stated "I'm nothing but a xxxxxx xxxxxx, crying over spilled milk". Mr. Kuebnert showed no professional business etiquette with the handling of this complaint.
