This letter responds to the Pfuntner's complaint, which was filed with the Patent and Trademark Office.

Please be advised that this is the third time the Pfuntner's have filed a complaint against our company. In November 2004 we responded to their attorney's letter in great detail. This month we responded to a State of New York inquiry filed by them. Clearly, it appears they are filing frivolous complaints against our company in order to impugn our good reputation.

In any even, their two issues are: (1) we sent them manufacturer contact kits to mail out (2) we told to refrain from filing a patent since it would cost thousands of dollars. Please be advised the manufacturer contact kits are part of the services we provide and are listed in our contracts. The kits give the inventor the power to select which companies he or she wishes to contact to produce their product. Next, in our experience, our patent attorneys charge us a minimum of $1,000 to prepare and file a patent application, so this amount is accurate.

Lastly, we note the Pfuntners never paid the full amount of their contract, which is now over. To date, they still have a balance due of $450. Therefore, for all these reasons, we cannot offer them a refund.
