Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: TV Invention Tech

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Show invention at trade shows, mail information to manufacturers on my invention, apply for license for Disclosure Document

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

My complaint is that after I submitted all the information on my invention a similar product was on the shelf in the next few months.  My invention is the “Bath Tub Caddy Seat” there is a product on the shelf called the “Tubside Bath Seat” by Safety 1st.  There was a Patent Research done and there was nothing produced similar to my invention.  In 2003 when I paid $845.00 on 9-23-03, on 10-23-03 I paid $8,450.00 for a Patent research and for Invent Technologies to represent my invention and to promote my invention.

I believe my invention my invention is on the shelf by Safety 1st.  Invention Tech has all the information on my invention in 2003 and in 2004.  I see my invention on the shelf.  I believe my invention was given to Safety 1st.
