WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Television

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: To promote and help patent layman's ideas. (They seem to take advantage of the ordinary person.)

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

• Never inform you in the beginning how expensive their program is.
• Eventually do request $857 and approximately $12.95; I paid them both.
• Sent me a certificate for the pipes idea and also sent a contract requesting thousands of dollars. A lawyer examined the contract and reported it does not protect the submitter. When I questioned them concerning more money they acted as if they had made a mistake then went down on cost about a thousand.
• They are not giving me any info on the toilet tops idea I submitted.
• I cannot pay them any more money. I feel they should pay me for my ideas. If my ideas are not feasible, return me the $869.95 I sent them!
