Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Website and supposedly phone calls were made.

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Advertising, trade shows, web designs.

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

contacted me by phone that my product fit their line of production and could get a manufacturer to mass-produce for me. They needed to contract a confidentiality agreement with me as soon as possible because the manufacturers like to get the bids as early as they can to analyze and produce. Mark gave me his cell hone # and said I could call him at any time even weekends and holidays. Once I signed the contract along with a check of $ 11,750 I waited to get my copy of the contract signed by him. One week later I called and inquired about it. Mark said he'd put it in the mail that day. It was May 29, 2003 when I received a fax of the contract. Then I started to get suspicious because they had cashed the check and I hadn't gotten a chance to ask for a refund to opt out of the contract.
