Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Licensing, research, product development and market penetration, licensing campaign strategies and business development.

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

On Monday, June 27, 2005 I received a letter dated June 26, 2005 regarding U.S. Patent No. 5,712,618 offering me a free flight to San Francisco and an opportunity to be part of their inventor investment fund. The following day I received a letter from Science and Technology, LLC referencing the same patent offering product development, marketing penetration and licensing. While these two letter do not identify each, both companies occupy the same space at 60 Spear St., 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, they both utilize the same fax number 415-551-3579 and a search of the California Business Records show that IPR and Science and Technology occupy the same space and have the same agent. Inventors should be made aware of the link between IPR and Science and Technology, LLC. Attached are copies of the correspondence with attachments and copies of the California Secretary of States business records with respect to each entity.
