Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Mail – sends mailings regarding patents

Invention promotion service offered to be performed: Various services offered, see attached mailing

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: They claim to make inventors millionaires, to know patents and licensing. The mailing attached also claims maintenance fees are due on design patent 0481522. This is not a true statement and was made to coerce the inventor to call the firm and use their services.
This company frequently mails me on patents issued by the USPTO. The mailings have been discarded in the past until the most recent mailing was received (see attached). I consider this mailing fraud due to the fact that there is no maintenance fee on design patents. Please include this company on your website as an invention promotion firm who is scamming inventors.
