COMPLAINT REGARDING INVENTION PROMOTERDATE OF CORRESPONDENCE: November 13, 2005Name of the Invention Promotion Company: Davison & Associates, Inc. Invention Promoter's Address: 595 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238-2911 Complainant's Name: Patricia Roering Complainant's Address: 92 Valley Meadow Close Ln., Calgary Canada, Alberta T3B 5M1 Customer's Name: Patricia Roering WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Internet - sent to my e-mail address Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Design, prototype, pictures, research and presentation to marketing Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: In September 2003 full payment was made in order to produce the sample (CA. used 11,00.00). It took 7 months instead of 15 weeks. Presentation to the corporate: May 2004 - 1 / Jan 2005 - 1 / Mar - 2005: a corporate was proposed to me that had nothing to do with my product. After the 1st presentation I was asked to pay another fee of US $ 335.00 for the re-conditioning of the sample, waved afterwards. Davison was paid in full over 2 years but their research and proposal are not only misleading but time and money consuming for the customer. The multiple requests of sending me the product have not been honored. The 1st time I was told that they didn't receive my letter. The 2nd time that they didn't know that my letter arrived. The multiple requests to be reimbursed have not been honored (11,800.00). I requested several times a tax receipt but I never received one. The way Davison & Associates approach and "capture" the customer shows a very clear pattern and intention. Davison should reimburse the customer. The way this situation has been created shows an intention mislead and probably a never created product (except the design). Signed: /s/ Patricia Roering Date: November 13, 2005 |
