Harlacker Complainant's Address: 2536 Baldridge Cyn Drive, San Bernardino, CA 92346 Customer's Name: John A. Harlacker WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: "Davison" Co. i.e., radio, magazine, video. Invention promotion services offered to be performed: To create and promote my invention and present it to manufacturers. Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: The invention promotion company "Davison" failed to comply with their
part of the agreement to take my invention idea and create the said invention.
They accepted my money toward the invention and they never completed
any written documents or drawings for me. They also avoid phone calls
and have not contacted me for months. They basically took my money and
ran. They even mailed outdated letters to me from non-legit companies.
They mailed out falsified letters and are not a reputable company. They
lied about being an honest inventor. |
