Invention Promoter's Address: Ride Park 595 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238-2911 Complainant's Name: Lambert Guay Complainant's Address: 51 Rugar Park Way, Plattsburg, NY 12901-6622 Customer's Name: Lambert & Rena Guay WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: N/AInvention promotion services offered to be performed: Redisyn, prototype pictures and find marketing companies Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: After two years DAVISON could not find more then two companies to evaluate my idea, DAVISON worked only on one model and three was presented. The fee was $12,890 and more when one clause stipulating that no more charge would be added. Two years to do this work create virtual model, pictures and find companies to evaluate this idea the confusion within DAVISON was very present saying that it is normal to take so long. It was very clear that contact with other companies were only reaching information through Internet without really real communications. DAVISON has three models that could have been used for presentation and I would like to have them back. I feel that part of the fee should be reimbursed and all contract to be voided.
