WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: TV, Davison research design production samples packaging inventegration, virtual reality, and patent assistance.

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Design patent, build a prototype and sell to manufacturers

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

I responded to a TV ad with an invention and Davison took my invention with money and built a prototype. Davison told me they liked my idea checked to see if my idea was already on market it was not. They sent for the provisional patent then called me stating they were in the process of manufacturing a prototype but they needed money to start. I sent them their starting fee then as the prototype was near completion asked for more money. I again sent them a fee. I received a virtual reality of the prototype, a provisional patent application and a contract with price ranges and royalties both from manufacturer and Davison. It has been ongoing for 2 years with no manufacturing taking place. Every time I call or they call me it is the same story - still trying to find a manufacturer. I want my money back.
